The short version: be kind, be lawful, and don't expect us to remember the milk for you — that's the list's job.

What toldyou.to is

A stupidly simple shared list for the people you live with. You make lists, add things, check them off, and share them. That's it.

Your account & your stuff

You're responsible for what you add to your lists and who you invite or share links with. Keep your login to yourself. Don't add unlawful content or use toldyou.to to harass, abuse, or harm anyone — we may suspend accounts that do.

It's new, and it's “as is”

toldyou.to is young and free while we're new. It's provided without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try not to lose your lists, but please don't store anything you can't afford to lose.

Shared lists & links

Anyone you share a link with can see (and, if you allow it, edit) that list — so only share with people you trust. You can stop sharing at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, toldyou.to isn't liable for forgotten milk, missed bins, or any indirect damages arising from using (or not using) the app. Use your judgement; it's a to-do list.
